Before founding Adico and Penttilän Siivouspalvelu, I managed an R-kioski franchise for three years, starting in late 2019. As an R-kioski franchisee, I collaborated with several major retailers in Finland and provided services for renowned companies such as Matkahuolto, Posti, DHL, MoneyGram, Veikkaus, and VR. This experience gave me valuable insights into the wholesale and retail business landscape in Finland.
Academically, I hold a Master of Science in Economics and Business Administration from the University of Eastern Finland. I am currently pursuing my second master’s degree in Environmental Engineering with a focus on Sustainability Management at Karelia University of Applied Sciences. I completed my bachelor’s degree in Finland in 2013 from Centria University of Applied Sciences. Additionally, I have furthered my education at Suomen Yrittäjäopisto in book keeping and accounting. In Bangladesh, I studied at University of Dhaka after completing my Higher Secondary from Notre Dame College, the top-ranked college in Bangladesh.
I have been living in Finland since 2009 and hold dual citizenship in Finland and Bangladesh. I am fluent in Bangla, English, and Finnish, with basic proficiency in Swedish.

My name is Bellal Hossain, and I am the founder and manager of Adico Consulting, based in Finland.
Adico Consulting is a business consultancy committed to serving local and international customers with a wide range of business-related needs. Our core services focus on accounting, business advisory, digital marketing, and sustainability design. Adico Consulting was established in 2024 with the vision of gradual and sustainable growth.
In addition to Adico Consulting, I manage Penttilän Siivouspalvelu, a cleaning company serving the Joensuu area. Since 2022, I have been leading this business and am planning to expand its operations to other major cities in Finland.
